Round of a Lifetime

Round of a Lifetime exists to promote heart health and enrich the lives of congenital heart patients through world-class golf experiences.

For most people, playing a round of golf at a world-class course is a dream they can aspire to. For others, it's a lifeline - a wish come true for someone who may not otherwise ever have the opportunity to do so. The Round of a Lifetime Foundation is a 501c3 Non- profit organization that strives to change the lives of individuals challenged by congenital heart disease and are passionate about the sport of golf. Our goal is to create awareness of congenital heart disease and the impacts it has on our loved ones. We want to provide an opportunity for individuals struggling with a heart condition to play one of our country's finest golf courses, all-expenses-paid. We are excited to provide life-changing experiences to those dealing with heart-related conditions.

98.7% of money raised goes directly to our mission (recipient trips).

Our Board is 100% volunteers.

ROAL Recipients

Maddie

“Thank you so much Round of a Lifetime for this amazing opportunity and experience. I'm so excited, let's go!”

Tyler

"The overall trip experience was awesome. The resort was beautiful and the course was pretty special and in excellent condition. We had virtually no wind that day so it didn’t play as hard as it looked but I could imagine how tough it would be if it is windy!”

Jordan

"Going through YouTube and reading things about the course, it was just great to get to see it all in person, just to stand there and think about what I read and saw and all the people who had played there. And to get to play with three childhood friends, that was probably the best part.”

Caroline

“Playing this beautiful course was a true round of a lifetime and a bucket list experience. The 17th hole was breathtaking.”

Remembering Andrew

The Round of a Lifetime Foundation was established in 2010 to preserve the memory and passion of Andrew Maciey, who passed away from Familial Dilated Cardiomyopathy at the age of 24. His surviving friends and family fondly recall spending time on the golf course with Andrew and established the Foundation to create lasting memories for others with congenital heart disease through the game he loved so much.
